These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of OneJobs, including our website, web application, mobile application, AI-powered job matching tools, ATS analysis, CV tailoring, cover letter generation, interview preparation tools, application tracker, and related services.
By creating an account or using OneJobs, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, you should not use OneJobs.
2. About OneJobs
OneJobs is an AI-powered job-hunt copilot for job seekers.
OneJobs helps users discover job opportunities, score job fit, analyze job descriptions, tailor CVs, draft cover letters, manage applications, and prepare for interviews.
OneJobs is not an employer, recruiter, employment agency, hiring platform, legal adviser, financial adviser, or career outcome guarantee service.
3. Eligibility
You must be legally capable of entering into these Terms.
If you are under the age required by applicable law to use online services independently, you must obtain consent from a parent or legal guardian.
4. Your Account
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure.
You must provide accurate and complete account information.
You are responsible for all activity under your account.
You must notify OneJobs if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
5. Your Content
You may upload or provide information such as your CV, resume, work history, education, skills, job preferences, saved jobs, application notes, cover letters, interview notes, and other career-related information.
You retain ownership of the content you provide.
You grant OneJobs a limited license to use your content only as needed to provide, operate, secure, improve, and support the service.
You are responsible for ensuring that your content is accurate, lawful, truthful, and does not infringe any third-party rights.
6. AI Features
OneJobs uses AI to help analyze job descriptions, score fit, identify ATS keywords, rewrite CV lines, draft cover letters, generate interview briefs, suggest interview answers, and provide job-search support.
AI-generated outputs may contain errors, omissions, unsuitable wording, or suggestions that require review.
You are responsible for reviewing, editing, approving, and verifying all AI-generated outputs before using or submitting them.
OneJobs does not guarantee that any AI output will be accurate, complete, suitable, accepted by an employer, or successful in any application process.
7. Grounded AI and Truthful Use
OneJobs is designed to help you present your real experience more clearly and relevantly.
You must not use OneJobs to create false, misleading, exaggerated, fabricated, or unsupported claims about your qualifications, employment history, achievements, education, certifications, skills, salary, references, or other personal information.
If an AI suggestion does not accurately reflect your real experience, you must edit or reject it.
8. ATS Scores and Job-Fit Scores
ATS scores, job-fit scores, keyword matches, skill matches, and gap analyses are estimates generated by OneJobs.
They are not official scores from any employer, recruiter, job board, or applicant tracking system.
Different employers and ATS platforms may use different screening processes.
A higher OneJobs score does not guarantee that your application will pass screening, be reviewed by a human, result in an interview, or lead to an offer.
9. Interview Preparation
Interview briefs, likely questions, answer suggestions, strengths, gaps, and strategy notes are preparation tools only.
They do not guarantee interview success, employer response, job offer, salary outcome, or hiring decision.
You are responsible for preparing honestly and answering interview questions truthfully.
10. Third-Party Job Listings
OneJobs may display, summarize, reference, or link to job listings or job-related information from third-party sources, including job boards, employer career sites, recruiter networks, aggregators, or user-submitted links.
OneJobs does not control third-party job listings.
OneJobs does not guarantee that any job listing is accurate, current, available, legitimate, suitable, or free from error.
You should verify job details directly with the employer or original source before applying.
11. Applications and Employer Interactions
OneJobs may help you prepare application materials, but you are responsible for deciding whether to apply, what to submit, and whether to communicate with any employer, recruiter, or third party.
OneJobs is not responsible for employer responses, hiring decisions, interview outcomes, job offers, salary decisions, background checks, employment contracts, or workplace disputes.
12. Acceptable Use
You must not:
- Use OneJobs for unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, or abusive purposes
- Submit false or misleading personal information
- Generate fabricated CVs, qualifications, references, or employment history
- Impersonate another person
- Upload content that infringes third-party rights
- Attempt to bypass security controls
- Reverse engineer, scrape, copy, or misuse the platform
- Use OneJobs to spam employers or submit mass applications in a misleading way
- Interfere with the operation of the service
13. Subscription and Payment
OneJobs may offer free and paid plans.
Paid features may include ATS optimization, CV tailoring, AI rewrites, cover letters, interview coach, answer builder, document export, and other Pro features.
Subscription fees, renewal terms, cancellation rules, and refund policies will be shown at the point of purchase.
You are responsible for any applicable taxes, payment charges, or subscription fees.
14. Beta Features
OneJobs may release beta, experimental, or preview features.
Beta features may change, break, be suspended, or be discontinued at any time.
OneJobs does not guarantee that beta features will be available permanently.
15. Intellectual Property
OneJobs owns the platform, software, interface, design, scoring logic, workflows, models, prompts, templates, brand, trademarks, and other proprietary materials.
You must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or exploit any part of OneJobs unless permitted by law or written agreement.
16. Service Availability
OneJobs aims to provide a reliable service but does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access.
The service may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, outages, third-party service issues, or other reasons.
17. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OneJobs is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or economic losses, including loss of job opportunity, loss of income, loss of data, loss of goodwill, employer rejection, application failure, or interview outcome.
OneJobs' total liability shall be limited to the amount paid by the user to OneJobs in the relevant period, or the minimum amount permitted by applicable law if no payment was made.
18. Changes to These Terms
OneJobs may update these Terms from time to time.
If changes are material, users may be asked to accept the updated Terms before continuing to use the service.
The latest version will be available on the OneJobs website or app.
